About the Event
Session One- Labour and Birth (Wednesday June 23rd) In this session we cover normal physiological birth. We also explore comfort measures and some skills to help manage labour with emphasis on partner(s) involvement.
All sessions can be booked separately as long as there is space in the class. Cost is $95/Couple for each session. Please note that indiviudal classes are subject to availbility, with series students having first option to attend.
